Ms. Blackwell joined APUS in 2010 and specializes in providing relevant workforce data research, analysis and visualizations, policy management and oversight, and HR guidance.
Ms. Blackwell is a strong relationship builder, committed to developing others and capitalizing on team strengths which contributes to efficient cross-functional partnerships that meet organizational needs. She orchestrates collaboration among stakeholders that avoids risks, solves problems, and fosters a proactive approach to organizational initiatives.
Ms. Blackwell holds a M.A. in Human Resource Management from American Public University and a B.A. in Applied Psychology from North Carolina State University. She maintains her HRCI Professional in Human Resources certification.
