On [DATE], American Public University System combined with Rasmussen University and Hondros College of Nursing to form a single higher education institution. American Public University System (System) now includes American Public University, American Military University, Rasmussen University, and Hondros College of Nursing. The System is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Public Education, Inc. (APEI). We are continuing to update our website to reflect our new structure.

 

Peregrine General Education Assessment Results

To evaluate and inform teaching and learning, as well as benchmark our programs, APUS employs nationally administered tests such as the Peregrine general education (PGE) assessment. This page contains the most recent data from this initiative.

The PGE assessment is an outbound exam measuring general education subject knowledge. The PGE assessment was administered to undergraduate students as they were nearing graduation.

Total combined results for each undergraduate level (associate & bachelor) are shown below. Comparisons to external aggregate results are included.
